Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a prescription, digital scan, impression, or case to Pink Dental Laboratory, the submitting dental professional (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Pink Dental Laboratory provides services exclusively to licensed dental professionals and dental practices.
This Return and Refund Policy outline the terms under which Pink Dental Laboratory, LLC (“Pink
Dental,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may accept returns, remakes, or refunds for dental laboratory products and
services.
1. Custom Medical Device Notice
All dental restorations and prosthetics fabricated by Pink Dental Laboratory are custom medical devices manufactured specifically for an individual patient based on a dentist’s prescription. Because of this, products cannot be resold, reused, or returned for general refund once fabricated.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has begun:
• Custom crowns
• Implant restorations
• Full arch prosthetics
• Custom abutments
• Implant bars
• Zirconia restorations
• PMMA restorations
• Chrome cobalt frameworks
• Titanium restorations
3. Remake Eligibility
Pink Dental may approve a remake if the issue is caused by a laboratory manufacturing defect, material failure, or confirmed fabrication error by Pink Dental.
4. Situations Not Covered for Remake or Refund
Remakes or refunds will not be approved for issues caused by inaccurate scans, distorted impressions, incorrect bite registrations, missing scans, implant placement errors, preparation issues, treatment plan changes, esthetic preferences after approval, or clinical complications.
5. Return for Evaluation
If a remake request is submitted, the original restoration may need to be returned for evaluation along with the case number and description of the issue.
6. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Any concerns must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the case.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are rare and issued only under exceptional circumstances such as confirmed laboratory error that cannot be corrected or cancellation before fabrication begins.
8. Shipping and Handling
Pink Dental is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or courier handling damage.
9. Adjustments
Minor occlusal adjustments or contact refinements are considered normal clinical procedures and are not grounds for refund.
10. Case Cancellation
Cases may be cancelled before fabrication begins. If production has already started, design time, materials, and manufacturing costs may still apply.
11. Quality Commitment
Pink Dental Laboratory uses advanced digital workflows, high-quality materials, experienced
technicians, and final quality control inspections.
